Girls’ Night Out -

Instead of attending yet another jewelry, candle or clothing party & buying more ‘things’ they didn’t need, a group of women wanted to spend an evening learning to sell on eBay. Their request was to hold an ‘eBay party’ so they could learn how to sell all the items they had purchased at the ‘other’ parties! After an evening of good food, great conversation and a very fun eBay class, these ladies couldn’t wait to get online & start selling!

Niche Training -

We set up a special training for a client who already had experience selling on eBay and had recently opened an eBay Store. He had a supplier and was selling product but was discouraged by his low sell through rate. We worked with him to find a more specialized product line in his chosen category, made major changes to his store, strengthened his ‘branding’ and fine-tuned his listing strategies. As a result, his sell through rate increased and his business is now providing a substantial second income.

From Retail to e-Commerce -

A client with a brick and mortar business hired us after deciding to try eBay as an online distribution channel for their products. After an initial consultation we mapped out a comprehensive strategy to establish the business on eBay. We helped the company develop an ‘eBay personality’ for strong and unique branding, created money-saving sales and marketing strategies, trained the staff in all aspects of selling including the use of advanced listing and inventory management tools, assisted in their eBay Store set-up and provided follow-up services.

A Taste of eBay -

This 1- or 2-hour presentation gives an overview of the eBay selling process. The topic is very popular and has been well-received by the many professional groups and community organizations we’ve addressed.
